Marty Rozmanith is an entrepreneur and building design/construct professional with a career-long passion for fixing the persistent, costly problems in the building design and construction process. Marty is best known for his role leading the product requirements team at Charles River Software for the Revit building modeler (acquired by Autodesk).

His 30+ year career spans building design and structural engineering professional practice, software development, and go-to-market strategy. His work and expertise in applying BIM, productized approaches and digital twins in AEC have been published in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes magazine and other professional journals.

In his current role as Chief Technology Officer at Skema AI, Marty is leading technology development to advance generative and productized approaches to the built environment.

Before joining Skema in 2022, Marty spent ten years at Dassault Systemes as Global Sales Director and Strategy Director for the Architecture, Engineering & Construction Industry. Prior to this role, Marty founded various manufacturing-in-construction startup companies focusing on housing affordability and sustainability.

Marty holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.
